Immediately after the harvest process, and the separation of the grapes between vines and stems, (de-stemming, removal from the stems) the grape must is vinified at a controlled temperature in a special vinification tank. Thus we produce a wine with an intense red color that is aged in oak barrels until maturation and then bottled.

Intense bouquet of red fruit aromas, with balanced tannins and fruity taste.

Ideal enjoyment at 16 – 18º C.
