Immediately after the harvest process, vinification takes place with a slight extraction of the grapes in the press, then we take only the progeny and full destemmed must and ferment at low controlled temperatures. This is how we produce a wine with a bright rosé color with a bouquet of aromas and a strong taste of red fruits.
