Immediately after the harvesting process, vinification takes place only of the foreskin and the full decanted must, fermenting at low controlled temperatures together with natural resin that we selectively collect from healthy pines, thus creating a wine with strong characteristic aromas of the variety and a discreet presence. aroma and taste of resin and pine, the combination of fruity taste and resin makes this wine special that goes well with all our Mediterranean cuisine.
