The grape-vines of family Papakonstantinou’s vineyard are cultivatedorganically since 1992. Wine-growing, wine-making, preservation and bottling are taking place under the direct personal control of father and son Papakonstantinou.

Meanwhile the wine-grower family is working biodynamically, growing native (autochthonous) and foreign grape varieties: (white) Savatiano and Roditis, (red) Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Rouge, Syrah.
